On Facebook, University of the Philippines (UP) Manila suspended work and classes including online classes due to the inclement weather.
Also, the University of Santo Tomas announced the suspension of face-to-face classes and office work at 12 noon.
Bataan Governor Abet Garcia, likewise, halted modular, blended, and online classes in all public and private schools in their province.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) earlier reported flooded areas, adding that motorists with light vehicles should use alternate routes. -MDM, GMA News
