Kris Aquino only voted for eight senate bets, 4 were Otso Direcho candidates

Kris Aquino on Instagram revealed she only voted for eight senators, and four of those were from the Otso Direcho slate.

“In case you’re curious, bumoto ako ng 8 para sa senado, kaya lang hindi direcho. Four galing sa Ocho, 2 admin, and 2 independents,” a portion of her caption read.

because i’ve kept my sense of humor: opo, kahit mga pasa ko, dilawan. dapat lang dahil bunso ako ni cory at ninoy aquino. ???????????? although in case you’re curious, bumoto ako ng 8 para sa Senado... kaya lang hindi direcho. 4 galing sa ocho, 2 admin, and 2 independents. i voted not along party lines BUT voted based on my personal choice because after all that’s one of democracy’s principles, 1 person, 1 vote. Facebook is down, Ernan is stressing because i have a straight from the heart blog i had written over 3 days to share with all of you & we aren’t able to upload yet.

Kris clarified, her votes were based on her “personal choice because after all that’s one of democrary’s principles. One person, one vote.”

IG user @usrnameisinvalid left a comment, which read in part, “the least you can do is set aside your personal issues.” 

Kris replied saying “Iisa lang naman sa limang Aquino ang nag LP, that was my brother. Maybe it’s also sickening to have been held responsible and accountable for the sins of certain members in the LP when I know we never enriches ourselves.”
