The man in question is English film producer Montgomery Blencowe, whom Lovi simply calls Monty.

Lovi has not clarified what exactly their relationship is, but fans have been supportive regardless. The post has garnered 100,000 likes as of posting.

The pair first made a splash online when they went together to the prestigious Royal Ascot in England.

They also recently went on vacation together in Samal Island, Davao City.
