Kapuso hosts Joyce Pring and Juancho Triviño are engaged!

Joyce dropped the bomb in an Instagram post on Wednesday, revealing that they have been engaged since August.

"Last August 3, 2019, Juancho proposed in Boracay during my mom’s birthday trip. He flew our family, and closest friends, and surprised me with the sweetest pakulo, out of all the pakulos he’s ever pulled," Joyce said.

Joyce said they have been "praying about this decision for a couple of weeks."

Despite attending premarital counseling in church, Joyce said she was still "so shocked and started UGLY CRYING on the beach when he kneeled and took my hand and asked me to be his wife."

Joyce said that they've actually made some headway in wedding planning in the three months they've been engaged, even flying to New York City to fit her wedding dress.

Juancho and Joyce announced that they are in a relationship last May through a Q&A vlog.

In an interview with Juancho last October, he told GMA News Online that marrying Joyce is his "ultimate plan."
