Julie Anne San Jose to collaborate with idol Jose Mari Chan
Julie Anne San Jose's Christmas wish has already been granted by the Father of Philippine Christmas Carols, Jose Mari Chan.
According to a 24 Oras report by Cata Tibayan, the Kapuso singer was among the pool of artists chosen by Chan for his album "The Perfect Christmas."
"We sang 'Christmas in Our Hearts.' 'Yun 'yung song na sobrang kinalakihan ko na, simula nung bata ako, 'yun 'yung song na ginagamit namin for carolings," Julie Anne said in an interview.
Aside from getting the chance to collaborate with her idol, she was also able to learn some things from him, and even considers him as a mentor when it comes to composing.
"I learned something about him na when you write songs...it's also about pouring your heart out sa isang kanta," she said.
Julie Anne had posted a selfie of the two of them on Instagram a few weeks back.
"From random to deep conversations with one of my favorite people, here goes a selfie. Much love and admiration for JMC," she captioned.
