Kobe Paras celebrated the New Year with his mother Jackie Forster and her family in Boracay.

On Instagram, Kobe and Jackie shared snapshots of the simple moments their family shared at the beach.

In the caption of Kobe's post he wrote "what a way to start the year."

Meanwhile, Jackie said it's not about the "photo of a gorgeous backdrop with my beautiful children.. it also represents hard work, sacrifices and a lot of determination."
