Michael V., Manny Pacquiao and more local celebrities mourn Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bryant's death on Monday morning (Manila time) came as a shock to many, and learning that his 13-year-old daughter Gianna was among the victims of the tragic helicopter crash made the accident even more heartbreaking than it already is.

The entire world is mourning the passing of the legend, including local celebrities who couldn't help but grieve publicly on social media. 

1. Manny Pacquiao: "The world lost a legend today but the impact and legacy he leaves behind will last forever!"

The helicopter crash happened near Calabasas in Los Angeles, California. Together with Kobe and Gianna, seven others were killed. 

"There were no survivors. We have a manifest that indicates there were nine people on board the aircraft, the pilot plus eight individuals," Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva told a news conference, declining to identify any victims.
