Derek Ramsay brings food to OFWs quarantined at World Trade Center

Derek Ramsay has brought food to overseas Filipino workers (OFW) currently quarantined at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.

In his Instagram post on Monday, the Kapuso actor thanked the World Trade Center for opening its doors to OFWs repatriated from different countries amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

He also said that personnel from Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) have been "taking good care" of his kababayans at the facility.

This is not the first time Derek helped bring relief to those affected by the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine in light of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) threat in the country.

"The Better Woman" star also handed out boxes of donuts on the streets last month with some help from the AFP and the Kapuso Foundation.

As of late April, 16,744 OFWs have returned to the Philippines.
