Miguel Benjamin of Ben&Ben dedicated a sweet birthday greeting for his girlfriend Karelle Bulan and it has served the Twitterverse all the kilig vibes.

On his Twitter account, Miguel posted a throwback photo of Karelle and another snapshot of the two of them having a meal together.

Miguel greeted his girlfriend a belated happy birthday and quoted a lyrics from their single "Sa Susunod Na Habang Buhay."

"(Belated) happy birthday, mahal ko hanggang sa susunod na habang buhay
@karellebulan_," he tweeted.

He added another tweet and wrote, "Just wanted to take time to honor you, pati na rin lahat ng estudyanteng patuloy na nag-aaral sa kabila ng krisis."

"Thank you for keeping on and for staying strong for all of us mahal."

Ben&Ben debuted its first international single "Doors" in April.
