Chef Jose Sarasola has officially become a Kapuso!

In a Zoom interview with GMA News Online on Tuesday, Chef Jose said he was looking forward to doing a lifestyle culinary show.

“What I’m looking forward to is a cooking show, a travel show or a show that I can like travel the Philippines and maybe try yung mga iba’t ibang mga pagkain sa iba-ibang area parang mala-‘Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations,’” said the chef, who recently signed a contract with GMA Artist Center.

“I think something to deal with the culinary life talaga but yeah a cooking show would be a dream come true,” he added.

Aside from his culinary career on television, Chef Jose said he also wanted to try his hand at acting in television dramas.

“Gusto ko ma-try pa rin ’yung mga teleseryes and other stuff like that I think this is a combination of two things more of yung cooking career ko po and teleseryes pa rin,” he said.

The celebrity chef said he wanted to try acting in fantasy dramas, which he believes GMA is known for.

“I’ve never had those kinds of roles before so that would be something fun, something yung mga magical shows, mga fantasy shows would be fun to do because I’ve never been into anything like that,” he said.

Chef Jose said he would want to work with his Kapuso friends including Rayver and Rodjun Cruz, Bianca Umali and EA Guzman. – RC, GMA News
