Baby Tali sings 'Happy Birthday' for 'Nene' Ciara Sotto

Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto’s daughter Baby Tali had cutest birthday greeting for Ciara Sotto, who just turned 40 years old on July 2.

A fan account @team-bosleng uploaded a video of the toddler singing the full "Happy Birthday" song for "Nene," which is Ciara's nickname.

Baby Tali even included an adorable "I love you, Nene" at the end.

Ciara Sotto is the daughter of Vic's brother, Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto.

The actress-singer, who celebrated her birthday amid the COVID-19 pandemic, wrote a long and heartfelt post about how grateful she was to be blessed with 40 years of life.

"I am thankful for all the people who love me, all the new friends I've made, and the ones I may have lost. I may not have mentioned everyone I'm grateful for on my page, but I know my prayers will reach all of you," Ciara wrote.

"Someday, when this is all over, I want to give all of you a tight hug. Thank you for being part of my 40 years. Here’s to the next 4 decades that will unfold!" Ciara added.
