Barbie Forteza thought Selena Gomez’s repost of her ‘Ice Cream’ dance cover was a prank

Barbie Forteza has revealed that she thought that it was just a prank when she learned that Selena Gomez reposted her dance cover of “Ice Cream.”

In Cata Tibayan’s report on “24 Oras” Tuesday, Barbie shared that she couldn’t believe the news at first.

“Akala ko pa prank or hindi talaga si Selena tapos nung onti-onti nagsi-sink in sakin talagang sobrang kinilig ako kasi syempre isa sa mga idol ko talaga si Selena Gomez,” said the actress.

Barbie recently took part in a TikTok dance challenge for the song, which was released by Blackpink and Selena Gomez almost a month ago,

Luckily, Barbie’s video clip made it to Selena’s Instagram stories, as the American singer featured some of the dance challenge entries.

Barbie expressed her admiration for her idol, Selena, for appreciating the efforts of her fans.
