Sofia Pablo on leaving ‘Prima Donnas’: ‘Nakakaiyak kasi hindi ako nakapagpaalam’
Sofia Pablo has expressed sadness over not being able to continue taping for “Prima Donnas” in compliance with government guidelines amid the pandemic
“Nakakaiyak po kasi parang ’di po ako nakapagpaalam sa buong PD family na ’di ko po alam na ’yun ’yung last taping day, na umuwi ako na masaya, excited pa sa next taping day kasi mangyayari mas sobrang intense na,” Sofia said on Nelson Canlas’ “24 Oras” report Tuesday.
The 14-year-old actress had to say goodbye to “Prima Donnas” due to restrictions set by the Department of Labor and Employment
on the participation of children below 15 years old in public entertainment activities during the community quarantine.Though with a heavy heart, Sofia said she felt better since so many reached out to her and gave her words of encouragement.

“Ba’t naman sasama loob ko na ngayon lang nangyari tapos may valid reason na government din,” Sofia said.
“Nalulungkot pero di naman tayo pwede maging malungkot buong 2020, so gamitin nalang natin ’yun para maka-inspire ng tao.”
Now that she had more free time, Sofia said she planned to learn how to paint, focus on her vlogs, and take advance lessons for her education. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
