"Tadhana" is celebrating its third anniversary with month-long specials airing every Saturday this November.

The GMA’s weekly drama anthology is kicking off the series with “The One That Ran Away,” a two-part episode airing this November 7 and 14.

The story follows a woman named Hannah (Kim Molina) who is scheduled to get married to an architect named Carlo (EA Guzman). However, as fate would have it, she crosses paths with Jared (Paolo Contis) who is the substitute wedding photographer for their prenup pictorial.

The compelling love story that inspired “The One That Ran Away” even shocked Marian Rivera, who has been hosting “Tadhana” for the past three years.

“Kahit ako, nung binabasa ko siya at nina-narrate ko siya, ay naloloka ako sa mga [pangyayari],” she told reporters over Zoom on Thursday.

“May sawi, merong pinagpalad, merong wala talaga at all, kaya panuorin nila tagala ‘tong una naming handog para sa kanila,” she added.

Marian also took the opportunity to thank viewers for supporting "Tadhana," as well as the hardworking Filipinos who have shared stories with the program for the past three years.
