If you watch "Bilangin ang Bituin Sa Langit," you've probably been wondering about that cute guy Jun.

Well, allow us to introduce Yasser Marta, the Filipino-Portuguese hunk giving life to Jun.

You might recognize him as the grand finalist from Eat Bulaga's singing competition "Spogify" who's now a member of GMA's boyband One Up, but here are just a few things you might not know about the up and coming Kapuso artist.

1. He was "discovered" at the mall

Yasser first got into show business after being "discovered" at a mall.

He was just walking with his mom when an agent approached him and asked if he wanted to be in a commercial.

Yasser developed an interest in many things like sports and music, but his mom always inspired him to pursue acting. "Simula nung nakita ako sa mall, dire-diretso na," he told GMA News Online. "So ayun, thank you Mama!" he said.

2. He is fit, fit, fit

Yasser doesn't just "work out." He treats gym time as literal "work."

As far as the actor is concerned, the most important thing about staying fit is setting a clear goal for yourself. "Kapag wala ka kasing goal, parang hindi rin magwo-work 'yung workout and 'yung fitness, parang kahit magbuhat ka, pero san pupunta ang ginagawa mo?" Yasser said.

"Siguro, 'pag inisip natin 'yung ikinakabuti ng sarili natin at minamahal natin lalo 'yung sarili natin, ay gusto natin maging better," he added.

3. He can sing

Yassar also loves to share song covers on his Instagram. Here's a little taste:

4. He's a huge motorcycle enthusiast

Yasser has taken care of at least seven motorcycles in his life.

Right now, he's dreaming of going on a road trip to Mindanao or riding across the United States on a Harley.

"Hindi ko maexplain 'yung feeling, pero 'yung freedom, yung satisfaction, and 'yung maganda kasi sa lumang bikes, 'yung character," he said.

5. He's totally game to take on action and LGBT roles

After working alongside a legend like Nora Aunor in "Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit," Yasser is ready to step up his acting game.

The Kapuso actor said he's totally up for a challenge, whether it's playing an LGBT character or working on a physically daunting action flick.

"Ilang beses ko nang nasubukan (gay roles). Siguro ngayon, action talaga gusto kong matry siguro yung medyo kailangan ng konting physical na nangyayari sa set," Yasser said. — LA, GMA News
