Lovi Poe gets birthday greeting from Harry Potter actor Tom Felton

Lovi Poe is definitely having a blast on her birthday especially after one of her idols congratulated her for her upcoming series.

On Thursday, the actress shared a video message she received from Tom Felton, the English actor who played Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter series.

“Monty and I have been speaking for quite a while about the best way to bring in your birthday and to celebrate the fact that you are in this new TV show ‘Owe My Love,’” said Tom, referring to Lovi’s boyfriend Montgomery Blencowe.

“Congratulations, basically. Unfortunately, Monty and my plans to have a massive festivity where we can all get together and have a little jamboree and a boogie and a dance can’t happen right now with everything going on,” he added.

In the caption, Lovi expressed her happiness and thanked her partner Monty.

“My Harry Potter heart and my Slytherin soul can’t help but be kilig when Draco Malfoy mentions #OweMyLove. Thank you for this sweet surprise @montyblencowe,” she wrote with a heart.

Earlier today, Monty surprised Lovi by subscribing to GMA Pinoy TV so he could watch her series straight from Los Angeles, California.

Despite the pandemic, Lovi and Monty, who went public in 2019, have constantly been showing support and affection to each other.

Last year, for instance, Lovi shared with everyone Monty’s surprise for her: An awesome greeting from “Money Heist” character Arturito, played by Spanish actor Enrique Arce.

Monty is an English film producer who first made local headlines when he and Lovi attended the Royal Ascot in England in 2019.

“Owe My Love” is a romantic comedy series starring Lovi as Pacencia “Sensen” Guipit and Benjamin Alves as Doc Migs Alcancia. It is set to premiere Feb. 15. – Franchesca Viernes/RC, GMA News
