Kean Cipriano, Chynna Ortaleza test positive for COVID-19

Kean Cipriano and Chynna Ortaleza have both tested positive for COVID-19.

In an Instagram post, Chynna said they were “Rt-PCR: Positive” and that their daughter Stellar has shown symptoms as well.

“We are back to Day 1 today,” Chynna wrote.

“Ate @stellarcipriano developed a fever a day after we had no choice but to break isolation. Kean started developing symptoms eventually,” she added.

The celebrity couple expressed their concern about how the virus possibly entered their home despite being "very careful” with a "strict family bubble."

“How did we get it? I do not know. We have no close contacts," Chynna said. "I did hear immense coughing next door (but damn who would have thought!) We have a strict family bubble. All deliveries are left at the gate-sanitized & sprayed before bringing them in to the home in proper PPE & KN95 masks."

“So where do we unmask? In the safety of our home. So I feel like this new variant is in the air,” she added.

Kean likewise expressed his frustration in an Instagram story.

“Unbelievable! Sobrang ingat namin. We don't go out. Walang human interaction, Sanitize lahat ng deliveries. As in literally OA kami sa pagka praning. Tinamaan pa rin," he said.

“Mukhang nasa hangin na talaga. Hassle! Napakasakit sa lalamunan at ang sakit sa katawan. Pero mas masakit sakin na yung mga bata nilalagnat at nahihirapan. Haaaay… covid, kelan ka ba mawawalang hayup ka???!!” he added.
