On her birthday, the Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations posted photos of herself looking gorgeous clad in a Celia Kritharioti Couture creation as she bathed in bottles of Moe?t & Chandon champagne.

"Hello there 37 ! Looking forward to new horizons, trailblazing experiences and an over all a kick a$$ year shall we claim it? Yazzz!" heart wrote in the caption of her post.

A day before her birthday, Heart also posted photos of herself clad in a black and white dress with balloons behind her.
