Herlene Budol channels 'idol' Marian Rivera's Darna in birthday photoshoot

Herlene Nicole “Hipon Girl” Budol looked fierce and powerful as she channeled her idol Marian Rivera’s Darna for her 23rd birthday photoshoot.
“Suot ko ang costume ni Darna hango sa idolo kong si Marian Rivera ng @gmanetwork na naging Darna noon,” the Binibining Pilipinas 1st Runner-Up said on Instagram. “Natupad na din ang pangarap kong magsuot ng Darna costume sa aking kaarawan.”

Herlene also shared some posts from her birthday celebration, which she dubbed #Herlene23on23.
“At sa mga pumunta kagabi, na lugod kong kinatutuwa ang mga pasabog at supresa hatid ninyo sa akin,” she added.
Herlene also thanked her family, friends, fans, and manager. “[Kahit] may [bagyo] andyan kayo para [suportahan] ang aking [b]irthday [c]elebration.”
She promised her KaSquammy, KaHiponatics, and KaBudol that she will post a vlog about the party.
