Here's how Dennis Trillo transforms into Simoun with the help of makeup and styling

Dennis Trillo’s latest post proves that it takes a village to bring a character to life.

In an Instagram Reel, the actor showed how he gets ready to play Simoun, formerly known as Crisostomo Ibarra, in “Maria Clara at Ibarra.”

Styled by Roko Arceo with makeup by Pops De Guzman, Dennis is given a long beard and grayish-blond hair.

The Kapuso Drama King wears a white suit and a gold vest. His strong look is completed by a khaki hat, a cane, lots of rings, and Simoun’s signature sunglasses.

“Maria Clara at Ibarra” has now transitioned into “El Filibusterismo,” the sequel to Jose Rizal’s novel “Noli Me Tangere.”
