David Licauco's new billboard in Guadalupe gives netizens 'motivation' to go to work

When sitting in Manila traffic, sometimes, there's nothing to do other than to stare at the billboards on EDSA. Luckily, for David Licauco fans, they're in for a treat on their commute as the "Maria Clara at Ibarra" actor now has his own billboard in Guadalupe!

The billboard shows the Pambansang Ginoo wearing a white sando and denim pants to showcase Bench's denim line.

On Instagram, David shared a photo of the billboard and said he was grateful for this achievement.

"Come pass by EDSA Guadalupe and take a [photo] of BENCH's billboard!" he said.

One fan left a comment, saying that the billboard is her motivation to go to work every day.

Another fan wrote, "Lagi kong [tinitingnan] 'yan pag pasok at pauwi sa work. pag tinatamad ako pumasok iniisip ko na lang ay di ko makikita ngayon billboard ni Fidel."

David shot the Bench ads by the beach with Derrick Monasterio so more photos may be coming soon. While there, David and Derrick got into a funny arm wrestling match

David's popularity skyrocketed with his portrayal of Fidel in "Maria Clara at Ibarra." The character has been dubbed "Sinaunang Red Flag" by fans at first, but his development and chemistry with Barbie Forteza's Klay won them over.

With the success of Team FiLay as a love team, David and Barbie will hold a Thanksgiving fan day on February 26.
