Joshua Garcia doesn't feel sexy when doing intimate scenes: 'Makikita ko na naman 'yung nipple ko'

Joshua Garcia has a mature role in "Unbreak My Heart," complete with torrid kissing and bed scenes.

On Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the King of Talk asked Joshua if he is aware that fans find him sexy even without toned abs.

The actor, however, does not feel the same about his own body.

"Hindi ako naseseksihan sa sarili ko," he said. "Nung napapanood ko nga 'yung sarili ko, 'Eto na, makikita ko na naman 'yung nipples ko.'"

According to Joshua, it was indicated in the script whenever he would have scenes where his character, Renz, would remove his shirt.

As soon as he reads that, Joshua said he would hilariously try to condition his body last minute instead of working out to prepare for the role over a long period of time.

"Natatawa si Direk sa 'kin kasi nagpe-prepare ako na nagpu-pushup pushup ako, nung mismong araw na 'yun, kung kailan kukunan," he said.

"Binabawi ko na lang sa arte talaga," he added.

Tito Boy said even that humility just adds to his sexiness.

Joshua stars with Gabbi Garcia, Richard Yap, and Jodi Sta. Maria in "Unbreak My Heart."

The series is a historic collaboration between GMA Network, ABS-CBN, and Viu Philippines.

It will air on Mondays to Thursdays starting May 29 on GMA Telebabad, Pinoy Hits, and I Heart Movies at 9:35 p.m. and 11:25 p.m. on GTV.
