Ipinatawag ng Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) ang TV5 dahil sa problema sa gender sensitivity at sa hindi-kagandahang asal kaugnay sa episode ng noontime variety show nito na "Wowowillie" noong Pebrero 28, ayon sa magkakasunod na pahayag sa kanilang opisyal na Twitter (@MTRCBgov).

Ito ay matapos na ipinahayag ng pangunahing host at producer ng palabas na si Willie Revillame ang kanyang sama ng loob at galit sa mga kasamahan nitong sina Ethel Booba at Ate Gay dahil sa usapin ng propesyonalismo. Matatandaang ipinatawag ng MTRCB ang ASAP 18, Sunday concert show ng ABS-CBN, dahil sa "provocative outfit" ni Anne Curtis sa kanyang birthday production number noong Pebrero 24. Gayundin, mayroon namang anim na buwang probasyon ang Party Pilipinas, ang Sunday concert show ng GMA-7, dahil sa di-umanong sekswal na production number ng magkatambal na sina Lovi Poe at Rocco Naccino na umere noong Enero 27. Samantala, isasagawa ang naturang pagpapatawag sa nasabing palabas ngayong Marso 13, ayon sa ulat ni Arniel C. Serato ng Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP.ph). “The inquiry will be 2pm on March 13, there will be a separate ad hoc panel to hear the matter.
