EXO’s Baekhyun thanks fans after new single ’Candy’ tops charts

Life is sweet for EXO’s Baekhyun who recently topped multiple charts in South Korea.

According to Soompi, Baekhyun's new single "Candy" reached No. 1 on the realtime charts of Melon, Genie, Bugs, and Soribada.

Baekhyun shared the news on Instagram on Monday, together with a special thank you note to his fans collectively known as EXO-L.

“I’m so grateful… Aeris [nickname for EXO-L], be happy.”

“Candy” is the title track for Baekhyun’s second mini-album “Delight” which was released on  May 25.

The track list includes "R U Ridin'", "Bungee", "Underwater", "Poppin'", and "Ghost", and "Love Again."

Baekhyun also gave his fans a new music video on the same day, and amazingly, it boasts of nearly 6 million views as of writing. The video is also currently at #6 on YouTube's trending list.
