'500 Days of Summer' star Joseph Gordon-Levitt is looking for Tagalog-speaking people for a voice acting project

"500 Days of Summer" star Joseph Gordon-Levitt took to Facebook to call on Tagalog speakers for a voice acting project.

"Anyone here speak Tagalog? If so, I need you here," he said, including a link to the HITRECORD website.

HITRECORD, which the actor himself started in 2004, is an online collaborative media platform that aims to produce projects like short films and books.

His attached link is posted under the voice acting prompt, which reads, "Record yourself saying 'The world is getting smaller' in your native language."

Less than an hour after Joseph posted his search on Facebook, the post garnered more than 2,000 likes and 170 shares with 354 comments from Filipinos willing to participate, as of this writing.
