Ji Chang Wook tests positive for COVID-19

Ji Chang Wook has tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

According to a Soompi report, Monday, a source from the Korean actor's agency Glorious Entertainment confirmed the news.

"Ji Chang Wook has tested positive for COVID-19. In accordance with health authority guidelines, he is in quarantine and receiving treatment," the source said.

Chang Wook has been filming for the upcoming Netflix series "The Sound of Magic" with Hwang In Yeop and Choi Sung Eun.

They will halt production for the time being as all staff and cast members are being tested for the disease.

As of writing, Ji Chang Wook is the 19th trending topic in the Philippines with over 4,000 tweets from fans who wish him a speedy recovery.

Chang Wook is known for his Korean dramas including "Suspicious Partner," "Lovestruck in the City," "Healer," and "7 First Kisses," among others.
