Actor Bob Odenkirk back on 'Better Call Saul' set after heart attack

After a health scare, Bob Odenkirk is back to filming the sixth season of "Better Call Saul."

The actor posted a photo of himself getting his makeup done on Twitter, saying he was "back to work."

"So happy to be here and living this specific life surrounded by such good people," he said. "BTW this is makeup pro Cheri Montesanto making me not ugly for shooting!"

In July, Odenkirk was reported to have been rushed to a Los Angeles-area hospital after collapsing on set.

He later confirmed it was due to a "small heart attack."

"Better Call Saul," currently in production for its sixth season, is a prequel to the hit AMC crime series "Breaking Bad," which introduced Odenkirk as Saul Goodman, the sharp-witted criminal defense lawyer for the show's protagonist, played by Bryan Cranston.

Odenkirk's spinoff traces his character's evolution from a two-bit scam artist turned struggling public defender named Jimmy McGill into the morally conflicted attorney Saul Goodman, who ultimately makes a career representing drug traffickers and underworld figures. —JCB, GMA News
