Britney Spears has taken to social media to thank the #FreeBritney movement for its "constant resilience."

“#FreeBritney movement … I have no words," the pop star wrote an Instagram post on Tuesday. "Because of you guys and your constant resilience in freeing me from my conservatorship … my life is now in that direction!!!!!”

The singer posted the message less than a week after her father, Jamie Spears, was removed as conservator of her estate.

“I cried last night for two hours cause my fans are the best and I know it," Britney said.

“I feel your hearts and you feel mine… that much I know is true," she added.

Jamie Spears has been in charge of his daughter's business affairs since 2008 after she suffered a mental breakdown.

Britney, 39, stepped up her efforts to break free from the conservatorship in June, telling an L.A. court: "I want my life back.”

In August, Jamie agreed to remove his daughter’s conservatorship, and a judge officially suspended him as conservator late September.

Britney also recently announced that she’s engaged to Sam Asghari, her boyfriend of four years.

The #FreeBritney movement is a collective effort from the pop star’s supporters to bring awareness to the discrepancies surrounding the conservatorship.

Britney’s 13-year legal battle has also been the subject of popular documentaries released this year, including The New York Times’ “Framing Britney Spears” and Netflix’s recent “Britney vs. Spears.” —Margaret Claire Layug/JCB, GMA News
