‘Unang Hirit’ talks to ‘Eternals’ stars Richard Madden and Gemma Chan about their adorable friendship

Fans can't wait to watch Marvel Studios' latest superhero movie "Eternals," but did you know two of the lead stars have known each other as good friends for 10 years?

Richard Madden and Gemma Chan, who play Ikaris and Sersi in the feature film, revealed some adorable things they've discovered about each other in an exclusive interview with Lyn Ching on "Unang Hirit."

The first thing Richard said about Gemma was "how much tea she drinks."

"Cause, usually we hang with her in the evening, and she's not drinking tea, whereas she drinks a lot of tea," the actor shared.

"And haribos! She loves candy," he added.

Before Gemma could reveal anything about Richard, her co-star guessed that "she knows everything already."

Gemma laughed at this, and said: "No, it was great!"

"I knew he’d be a really—I sort of suspected, you’d be really good to work with anyway, but yeah, you exceeded (my expectations)," she continued.

Gemma Chan recently starred in the film "Crazy Rich Asians" as Nick's cousin Astrid, while Richard Madden is known for playing Robb Stark in the hit fantasy series "Game of Thrones."

The two will be joining Angelina Jolie, Kit Harrington, and more in Marvel Studios' "Eternals" premiering in the Philippines on Dec. 1, 2021. – Margaret Claire Layug/RC, GMA News
