Heat guard Dragic doubtful to return in Game 1 with foot injury

Miami Heat guard Goran Dragic was forced to leave Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers Wednesday because of a left foot injury.

The Miami Heat announced the 34-year-old point guard is considered doubtful to return to the game, which is being played in the NBA bubble near Orlando.

Dragic had six points on 3-for-8 shooting with three assists and two steals in 15 minutes before departing.

Dragic has enjoyed a strong postseason thus far, averaging 20.9 points (compared to 16.2 ppg in the regular season) with 4.7 assists and 4.2 rebounds in Miami's 15 previous playoff games. — Field Level Media/Reuters
