Pacquiao continues to train in Brisbane, gets pray over

Boxing champ and Senator Manny Pacquiao started training early on Monday for his July 2 fight with Australian Jeff Horn in Brisbane, Australia.

GMA News' Connie Sison reported on Unang Balita that the eight-division world champion started with a 6.5-kilometer morning run.

He will also have a last sparring session later in the day with Australian boxer George Kambosos.

 

 

Prayer

On Sunday, Pacquiao, accompanied by his wife Jinkee, relatives, and Team Pacquiao visited The Worship Center in Brisbane.

Church members warmly welcomed the boxing champ and laid hands on him offering prayers for his victory over Horn.

 

 

Pacquiao thanked all those who prayed for him.

Jinkee meanwhile shared that she has been praying for Pacquiao's safety.

July 2 fight

The Pacquiao-Horn fight dubbed "Battle of Brisbane" will be held at the Suncorp Stadium on Sunday morning.
