Pacquiao, Broner both meet 147-lb welterweight requirement at weigh-in
Defending WBA welterweight champion and incumbent Senator Manny Pacquiao and American boxer Adrien Broner weighed in on Saturday morning (PHL time) and met the 147-lb limit for the welterweight division.
Pacquiao tipped the scales at 146 lbs, according to GMA News' Mav Gonzales.
Broner, meanwhile, weighed 146.5 lbs.
