Jinkee Pacquiao to support Pacquiao regarding future plans including retirement

Jinkee Pacquiao, wife of WBA welterweight champion Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao, on Saturday said she will support any decision her husband will have regarding his future, including his retirement.

"'Pag lalo kong sinasabi, hindi naman nangyayari. Tapos 'yun naman din 'yung gusto niyang gawin. So ngayon, tahimik lang muna ako," Jinkee said in an interview on GMA News TV's Balitanghali.

She added, "Siya naman nakakaalam sa sarili niya kung puwede pa o hindi na. Kung ano 'yung gusto niya, gusto pa niya lumaban kay Mayweather tsaka siya magre-retrire, susuportahan ko naman."

Winner of eight world titles already, Manny has mentioned numerous times in the past his plans to retire from the boxing scene for good but has yet to do so.

Now at the age of 40, Manny is scheduled to defend his title against Adrien Broner in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday (PHL time). —Kaela Malig/KG, GMA News
