Mike Tyson tells how much he is going to make in comeback fight

Mike Tyson has made it clear that he is getting back in the ring not for money but to gauge where he is at and help people in need.

The 54-year-old former heavyweight world champion is scheduled to lock horns with four-division champion Roy Jones Jr. in a pay-per-view exhibition match on Sept. 12.

“It's going to be for various charities,” Tyson told TMZ.

“Nobody has to ever worry about me getting rich, or getting jealous, or saying I’m doing this for money. I’m not getting anything. I just feel good doing this because I can.”

After making more than $300,000,000 throughout his career, Tyson eventually filed for bankruptcy in 2003.

But make no mistake about it, he has financially recovered and has learned the most important lessons in life after everything he has been through.

“All of my life I thought that loving yourself is buying myself a great car, a house, a boat, or having a beautiful girl,” Tyson shared.

“I found out that real love is just helping people and being kind and considerate, and that’s what I want to do. I’m not saying I’m the greatest guy in the world, and I’m kind and all that stuff, but I want to embark on this lifestyle to see if this is where I’m at.”

Tyson last saw action in 2005 against Irish journeyman Kevin McBride where he lost by way of sixth-round technical knockout.

Fifteen years after that fateful night, Tyson vows that he is in excellent shape and will even be better when it is time to trade blows with Jones.
