Roy Jones Jr to make boxing comeback at 54 years old against ex-UFC champ

Retired four-division champion Roy Jones Jr. will make a boxing comeback at 54 years old against former UFC lightweight world champion Anthony Pettis on April 1 at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, USA.

Jones, 66-9 with 47 knockouts as a professional boxer, last saw action inside the ring in 2018 against Scott Sigmon where he won by way of unanimous decision.

His upcoming fight was announced by MMA star Jorge Masvidal's Gamebred Boxing Promotions, though it was not indicated if it would be an exhibition fight.
