Fillipus Nghitumbwa vows he's ready for John Riel Casimero
By JM SIASATWBO global super bantamweight champion Fillipus Nghitumbwa vows he has what it takes to defeat Filipino John Riel Casimero when he defends his title in hostile territory this Saturday, May 13 at Okada Manila in Paranaque.
"I am ready for this fight, I am ready for this guy, and I know I will win. I have prepared very well. We are ready for this guy and I am ready to take him out," said Nghitumbwa in an exclusive interview with Sparring Sessions.
Nghitumbwa, 12-1 with 11 knockouts as a boxer, is coming in as a huge underdog against the former three-division champion Casimero.

His upcoming bout will be his first outside his home country Namibia and feels he is ready to shock the Filipino home crowd.
"Come Saturday night I will prove you wrong. Come to the venue and see for yourselves what I will do," Nghitumbwa quipped.
