U-22 Azkals keep medal hopes alive with 1-0 win vs. Malaysia

The U-22 Azkals' medal hopes is still alive after defeating Malaysia in the Southeast Asian Games, 1-0, Friday at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium.

Stephan Schrock made the corner goal at the 78' minute, exciting almost 6,500 fans in the stadium.

This is the Azkals' first win in the regional tourney.

The young Azkals will still face Timor Leste on Wednesday to cap off the group stage.
