Double gold for Altomonte siblings

Siblings Cheska and Dino Altomonte paid tribute to their mother after bagging double gold medals in the Southeast Asian Games.

The Philippine women's softball and men's baseball teams on Sunday defended their SEA Games crowns at The Villages in Pampanga.

With their feats, Blu Girls team captain Cheska Altomonte on Instagram posted a photo of her and her brother Dino kissing their mother Joyce on the cheeks. Joyce also held the siblings' gold medals.

"Double gold for Mama," Cheska wrote in the caption.

The Blu Girls captured their 10th straight gold medal on Monday after beating Indonesia, 8-0.

Meanwhile, the baseball team claimed their third consecutive gold medal after clobbering Thailand, 15-2.
