UFC women's champ would put Jake Paul in a coma says Dana White

By JM SIASAT

UFC president Dana White is not a fan of the Logan brothers crossing over to the world of prizefighting.

In an interview with Shout! podcast, White dismissed the YouTubers’ ring appearances as nothing but a gimmick.

“The answer to that question is, who gives sh-t? Neither one of these guys can fight. It's all a big gimmick. Like I said in a press conference, there's a market for that. People are dumb enough to spend their money watching that sh-t. I mean I don't know what to tell you,” he said.

“Good luck to them. I could care less with that guy. I get it, he's trying to make some money and doing his thing. There's people who want to spend money on that, I'm not that guy.”

Logan Paul, 0-1 as a pro boxer, is scheduled to face Floyd Mayweather Jr.

in an exhibition on February 20 in a yet to be determined venue.

His younger brother, Jake, is 2-0 as a pro and is coming off a second-round knockout victory over former NBA player Nate Robinson last November and has called out the likes of Conor McGregor.

“Amanda Nunes would knock that kid out. To even think about that guy fighting, he's like, 'I'm never going to fight a woman.' You shouldn't. You shouldn't because she'll put you in a coma,” warned White.

“That guy is just some kid off the street. One of the big problems with him right now. He's lucky there's a pandemic.”

White also advised Jake to stop calling out names from the world of combat sports before he bites more than he can chew.

“He's talking smack about real people. Real people that he could run into at a restaurant some night and things like that. This isn't a real guy. This is just some kid on YouTube," he added. —KG, GMA News
