San Beda remains winless in MLBB Varsity Cup

San Beda University failed to barge into the win column of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Varisty Cup after sustaining twin losses on Friday.

The Red Lions, composed of Damie Cuntapay, Yukien Andrada, Justine Sanchez, Tony Ynot, and Gabriel Cometa, fell to the Emilio Aguinaldo College, 2-0.

In the closer of Day 3, San Beda stumbled again, this time against the Arellano University with a similar 0-2 decision.

Meanwhile, both the Lyceum of the Philippines University and Mapua University bested their opponents.

Both the Pirates and the Cardinals swept the University of Perpetual  Help System Dalta, 2-0.

After the third day of the tournament, the Colegio de San Juan de Letran remained atop of the team standings at 2-0.

Only the top eight teams after the qualifiers will advance to the playoff round where the top four are seeded to the upper bracket. The bottom four will battle it out in the lower bracket.
