Blacklist survives early-game struggles to escape Bedel in MLBB M3 World Championship group stage

By JOHN EDISON UBALDO

Blacklist International had their first taste of struggle as they had to weather an impressive early game from Turkey's Bedel before taking a 16-minute victory for their second win in the group stages of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M3 World Championship on Monday.

The Turkish champions brought their bag of surprises in the MLBB professional scene's grandest stage with the interesting draft bans along with a jungler Fanny pick, which is rarely chosen given the difficulty of securing the winning conditions.

And it was effective early on with Bedel scoring two easy kills by the 2nd minute and even posted a 5-1 kill lead by the 5th minute courtesy of a Paranoid (Fanny) 3-0-0 KDA.

But a miscalculated aggression in the 6th minute was capitalized by Kiel “OHEB” Soriano (Beatrix) leading to a maniac that turned the game around.

It looked like Blacklist's for the taking after they scored 8 unanswered kills but the middle east kings retaliated with an 11th minute lord steal plus a pick off on Danerie James “Wise.” Del Rosario (Aldous).

The Philippine champions though fended off the marching lord with a 3-0 takedown in the 13th minute followed by a 15th minute double kill by OHEB that led to a wipeout to take Blacklist's second win in the tournament.

OHEB carried the fightback for the Philippine representatives as he finished with a stellar 13-1-2 KDA.
