SINGAPORE—Blacklist International got a huge boost in morale as the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M3 World Championship welcomed back live fans here at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibit Centre.

According to some of the players and head coach Kristoffer "BON CHAN" Ricaplaza, being able to play in front of live spectators definitely gave them the extra push as they pulled off a sweep of RRQ Hoshi in the lower bracket quarterfinals.

"We felt good. They [fans] were a major mood boosters for us," said BON CHAN in the post-game interview.

Edward Jay "Edward" Dapadap added that facing the Indonesian giant was something he was nervous about as a loss would mean elimination for them, but the presence of fans gave them a bit of an edge.

"[I was] a little bit nervous but when they started shouting, they gave us energy," Edward said.

Salic "Hadji" Imam added: "It was fun to have live fans back because whenever we had kills, they would shout. I missed having live fans as it has been a long time since we last had them."

Blacklist will face the winner between Evos SG and Todak, who were still playing as of posting time.
