By JM SIASAT

Francis Ngannou is still the UFC heavyweight world champion following a unanimous decision over Cyril Gane in the main event of UFC 270 at the Honda Center in California, USA.

Gane circled the cage throwing calculated shots as Ngannou chased him around in round one that causing him to breathe through the mouth before the stanza ended.

Gane had let go of his kicks in round two, targeting the legs and mid-section to immobilize his already tired opponent. Ngannou took the fight to the mat then secured side control in round three.

Both fighters looked gassed in round 4 but Ngannou got the better of the fight as he scored another takedown then pinned Gane.
