By JOHN EDISON UBALDO

Filipino imports in the 10th season of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Indonesia continue to impress with Kairi "Kairi" Rayosdelsol  and coach Denver "Yeb" Miranda leading the way.

With the two in tow, Onic Esports finished a close second behind Evos Legends with identical 5-2 win-loss cards at the conclusion of the season's Week 4.

Kairi, Coach Yeb makes it 2-0 for Onic Esports in Week 4

Kairi continued with his stellar play in MPL Indonesia, leading the team to a pair of wins Week 4 after a 2-0 sweep of Bigetron Alpha and a 2-1 win over Alter Ego.

He finished with an immaculate 4-0-6 KDA in the opening win with his Balmond pick against BTR and complimented it with a 1-3-8 KDA on Akai in the close out Game 2.

Kairi then heeded the call of the Indonesian MLBB community to take Ling in Game 1 against Alter Ego, where he easily displayed his prowess on the assassin meta with a 5-0-2 KDA in the win.

But after his Fanny pick was countered in Game 2, he went for Balmond in Game 3 and tallied a 4-1-8 in the close out win.

After identical 2-1 losses in the past two weeks, Filipino import coach Vrendon "Vren" Lin and gold laner Marky "Markyyyyy" Capacio finally registered their first win in MPL ID as Bigetron Alpha took a 2-1 victory over Geek Fam.

Markkyyyyy played with impeccable precision after finishing with a 4-0-1 KDA in their opening win, then followed it up with a masterful 7-1-6 KDA in Game 2 to take the win.

They regain the sixth spot heading into the second half of the season.

Losses continue to pile up for Baloyskie, Janaaqt

Geek Fam Indonesia failed to bank on their rousing 2-0 sweep of Rebellion Genflix in Week 2 and suffered three consecutive losses, including two painful 2-1 setbacks in Week 4.

They actually opened the week with an impressive Game 1 win against league-leading Aura Fire courtesy of Jaymark "Janaaqt" Lazaro's (Balmond) near perfect 4-1-9 KDA.  Allen "Baloyskie" Baloy finished the win with a 0-4-13 KDA on Chou.

They took control in Game 3 but committed consecutive mistakes in a lengthy 14th minute lord fight sequence to succumb to a reverse sweep.

It was a similar story against BTR as Janaaqt (Akai) once again came up big in Game 2 with an immaculate 1-0-9 KDA only to succumb to a one-sided Game 3 loss.
