Dale, 2 Pinoy players to banner North America's Team Outplay in MSC 2023

Much like in the M4 World Championships last January, a number of Filipinos outside of two Philippine representatives Echo and Blacklist International will see action in the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2023 next month.

Filipino coach Dale "Dale" Vitug will call the shots for North America's bet Team Outplay, which is already being bannered by two other Filipino players Peter "Basic" Lozano and Rainiel "URESHIII" Logronio.

Outplay actually finished as runner-up in the North America Challenger Tournament (NACT) Spring 2023, with BTK reigning supreme to punch a ticket to MSC. However, BTK was unable to meet the tournament requirements, thus paving the way for Outplay to represent North America in the regional tiff.

Dale is no stranger to the international scene, having mentored Falcon Esports in M4, where the Myanmar squad reached the lower bracket quarterfinals before bowing to RRQ Hoshi. He then brought his coaching act to Malaysia, steering the wheel for HomeBois that finished at third spot in MPL Malaysia Season 11.

Aside from Dale, Basic, and URESHIII, Filipino imports Kairi "Kairi" Rayosdelsol and coach Denver "Yeb" Miranda will lead Indonesia's Onic Esports while Gerald "Dlar" Trinchera will be with EVOS Legends.

Former Nexplay gold laner Mariusz "Donut" Tan will also spearhead Cambodia's Burn X Flash.

MSC will take place in Phnom Penh, Cambodia from June 10 to 18 with the Philippines eyeing to make it three titles in a row.
