F2 sweeps Akari, grabs share of lead

The F2 Logistics Cargo Movers swept the Akari Chargers, 25-22, 25-23, 25-18, to grab a share of the lead in the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference on Saturday at the Philsports Arena.

Kim Kianna Dy led the F2 offense with 17 points, while Myla Pablo and Ivy Lacsina scored nine and eight points each.

Dindin Santiago-Manabat had 16 points off 13 attacks, two blocks, and an ace in the Akari loss.

F2 joins the Chery Tiggo Crossovers and the Creamline Cool Smashers at the top spot of the league standings, all with two wins.

The Cargo Movers will face fellow league-leader Chery Tiggo on Thursday while Akari will try to get its first win when they face the Cignal HD Spikers on Tuesday.
