Fire hits residential area in Tondo

Fire hit a residential area in Tondo, Manila on Thursday morning, according to Isa Avendano-Umali's report on Dobol B sa News TV.

The fire, which reached first alarm, took place at Herbosa Street. Eight houses were affected.
