Six passengers test positive for COVID-19 as MRT3 conducts random antigen tests


Six of the 48 MRT3 passengers subjected to random antigen tests on Tuesday morning were positive for COVID-19, according to Allan Gatus' report on Super Radyo dzBB.

The tests were conducted in four MRT3 stations -- North Avenue, Cubao, Shaw Boulevard and Taft Avenue.

Those who tested positive were not allowed to board the train and were advised to isolate and contact their respective local government units.

Meanwhile, the number of MRT3 employees who tested positive for COVID-19 through RT-PCR has climbed to 147. They are now either on home quarantine or at a quarantine facility.

A total of 753 MRT3 employees underwent RT-PCR test. —KBK, GMA News
