Some Valenzuela City health stations temporarily closed amid rising COVID-19 cases

The Valenzuela City government on Tuesday announced the temporary closure of several health stations amid the rising COVID-19 cases.

In an advisory, the local government said the health centers will be temporarily closed as a safety precaution amid the ongoing COVID-19 threat.

“Pansamantala munang isasara ang ilang mga health station sa lungsod bilang pag-iingat sa patuloy na banta ng COVID-19. Itatalaga rin ang ating mga doktor at health personnel sa ilang vaccination sites at isolation sites sa mga susunod na araw,” it said.

(Some health stations in the city will be temporarily closed as a precaution against the ongoing COVID-19 threat. Our doctors and health personnel will also be assigned to several vaccination sites and isolation sites in the coming days.)

However, the Valenzuela City government said the following health stations will remain open:

  • Marulas 3S Center
  • Karuhatan 3S Center
  • Gen. T. De Leon 3S Center
  • Ugong 3S Center
  • Malinta Health Station
  • Veinte Reales Health Station
  • Punturin 3S Center

  • Malanday 3S Center
  • Balangkas 3S Center
  • Bignay 3S Center
  • Paso de Blas Health Station
  • Maysan 3S Center
  • Dalandanan 3S Center
  • Canumay West Health Station

The local government said the said health stations will be open from Monday to Friday at 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Metro Manila is currently under an Alert Level 3 until January 15, following the sharp increase in new COVID-19 infections in the country.
