Fire hits hotel in Quezon City

A fire broke out at a hotel along Mother Ignacia Avenue in Quezon City on Monday afternoon, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.

A report from BFP-National Capital Region Public Information Office said the fire started on the 17th floor of La Breza Tower in Barangay South Triangle.

The first alarm was raised at 2:24 p.m. and reached second alarm at 2:35 p.m.

The fire was put under control at 3:12 p.m. and declared out at 3:28 p.m.
